Store policies.

Seller. The legal business name will be inserted before launch. The registered business address will be inserted before launch.

Listings. Product descriptions identify whether an item is new or refurbished and state its cosmetic grade, specifications, stock, photos and included warranty. Refurbished products may show the normal cosmetic signs described by their grade.

Price and delivery. Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams. The order summary shows product and delivery charges before payment. Any required tax treatment must be configured and displayed correctly before launch.

Order acceptance. Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Refurbo Tech confirms it can supply the goods. If stock is unavailable after payment, the order is placed on hold while Refurbo Tech arranges a replacement, refund or another agreed solution.

Payment. Payment details are entered on the selected payment provider’s hosted service. Eligibility for installment products is decided by that provider and may be subject to its separate terms.

Delivery. Customers must provide a complete UAE address, reachable phone number and accurate location pin or map link. Carrier dates are estimates until confirmed by the shipping partner. Risk and title rules should be finalized during legal review before launch.

Customer data. Customers should back up and remove personal data before returning any electronic device. Refurbo Tech is not responsible for data left on a returned device to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE consumer-protection law.

Contact Refurbo Tech within 7 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. A return is not authorized until Refurbo Tech provides return instructions.

For a change-of-mind request, the item must be in the same condition received, with included accessories, security seals and packaging. Accounts, activation locks and personal information must be removed. Refurbo Tech may reject or reduce a refund where an item has been used beyond reasonable inspection, damaged, altered, incompletely returned or locked to an account, subject to applicable law.

For an item that arrives damaged, materially different from the listing or faulty, report the issue promptly with the order number and supporting photos or video. Refurbo Tech will assess repair, replacement, refund or another remedy consistent with the listed warranty and applicable UAE rights.

Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method. Provider and banking processing times vary. Delivery or collection charges are refunded where required by law or where the return results from a Refurbo Tech error; other change-of-mind transport charges will be disclosed before collection.

Software licenses, personalized items, consumables, items with broken security seals, and hygiene-sensitive accessories may be ineligible for change-of-mind return where permitted by law. This does not limit remedies for a defective or incorrectly supplied product.

Data collected. Refurbo Tech processes customer name, email, phone, delivery address, emirate, city, order contents, payment status, support communications, and—when supplied—map coordinates, location accuracy or a Google Maps share link.

Purposes. Data is used to take payment, fulfil and track orders, prevent fraud, provide warranty and support, maintain business records, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers. Necessary data may be shared with the selected payment provider, shipping partner, hosting providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where legally required. Payment-card numbers are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by Refurbo Tech.

Location. Device geolocation is requested only after the customer chooses to use the pin feature. Customers may instead paste a Google Maps share link. Location information is attached to the order for delivery and support.

Storage. The browser stores the shopping bag locally so it can survive a refresh. Order records are retained only as long as needed for fulfilment, warranty, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Final retention periods must be documented before launch.

Choices and requests. Customers may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal data, or object to certain processing, subject to identity verification and legal recordkeeping duties.
