01 · Warranty

Cover shown on the listing

Each product listing states its warranty period and condition. Warranty support covers eligible hardware faults that arise during that period; it does not normally cover accidental or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal cosmetic wear.

Keep the order number and device serial number. If a fault appears, contact Refurbo Tech with a clear description, photos or video where useful, and any troubleshooting already attempted. Applicable UAE consumer rights remain unaffected.

02 · Returns

Start within 7 calendar days

Contact Refurbo Tech within 7 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. Keep the device, accessories, security seals and packaging in the condition received, remove personal accounts, and back up then erase personal data before handing over a device.

Do not send anything back until return instructions are confirmed. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. See the full returns policy for exclusions and refund timing.

03 · Delivery

UAE delivery with a precise pin

At checkout, enter the full address and either pin the location from the device or paste a Google Maps share link. Location data is used to help fulfil the delivery and is shown to authorized store staff.

When a shipping partner and tracking number are assigned, they appear in Track order. Delivery timing is an estimate until the carrier accepts the parcel.

04 · Our process

Inspect, erase, test, grade

Refurbished electronics are checked across their relevant hardware functions, securely data-wiped, cleaned, and assigned a cosmetic grade. The exact grade, specifications, included warranty, photos and stock are shown on each listing so customers can assess the device before ordering.

05 · Sustainability

Keep capable tech in use

Choosing a suitable refurbished device can extend the useful life of existing electronics. Refurbo Tech presents condition and specifications clearly so customers can select a device that fits the job rather than replacing more technology than they need.

06 · Business sales

For multi-unit requirements, send the quantity, preferred models, minimum specifications, condition, warranty needs and delivery location. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed in a written quotation.
